We specialize in conducting information technology (IT) audits for community banks and credit unions.  Our auditors are former FDIC and NCUA examiners and industry experts.   Our IT audits evaluate the institution’s security at the same time preparing for regulatory exams.  We provide a unique combination of technical and administrative reviews.

Phishing and other social engineering tactics are significant threat vector to financial institutions.  We conduct phishing testing during our technology audits.  In addition, we can provide managed phishing and security awareness training.  We also resell the PhishingBox system for those “do-it-yourself” security staff.

The missing piece for many risk management programs at community banks and credit unions is follow up and remediation.  Tracking audit and examination issues via spreadsheets is difficult and often results in issues being unresolved.  As such, we have partnered with AuditFindings to provide an audit issue tracking tool for institutions.
